Green Lantern Vol.3 #48

Devastated by the destruction of Coast City, Green Lantern Hal Jordan, fueled by grief, uses his power ring to recreate the city and reunite with lost loved ones. However, the Guardians of the Universe appear, reprimanding him for violating the sacred law against personal gain. Unwilling to surrender, Hal absorbs energy from a construct of the Guardian, signaling his intent to confront the Guardians on Oa. As he departs, an unsuspecting couple below makes a wish on the "shooting star."
