In Osaka, a mysterious ninja defeats Clan Yashida thugs, seeking information. Meanwhile, in New York, Captain America approaches Matt Murdock about Silver Samurai escaping the Raft and heading to Japan, likely aligning with Clan Yashida and the Hand. Matt declines to join the Avengers but suggests a trusted contact. 

In Osaka, the ninja infiltrates the Yashida fortress, discovering Silver Samurai and Madame Hydra's alliance. The ninja is attacked by Hand ninjas but escapes to Stark Enterprises' rooftop, reporting to the Avengers. During the report, the ninja is struck by throwing stars from the Hand, apologizing for the perceived failure as a battle ensues.
