New Avengers Vol.1 #31

Jessica Jones and Wong witness a vision of Doctor Strange being fatally wounded by a sword through the Orb of Agamotto at his home. In Japan, the Secret Avengers clash fiercely with the Hand. Luke Cage confronts Elektra, Iron Fist battles Maya Lopez (Echo), and Spider-Man faces a swarm of Hand ninjas outside. Ronin (Clint Barton) rescues Spider-Man. Elektra sets Luke Cage on fire while Wong frees Doctor Strange's astral form, who incapacitates the Hand ninjas and releases Echo from their control. Echo fatally wounds Elektra in a brutal confrontation. The Avengers discover Elektra was a Skrull impostor as the Hand ninjas retreat.
