New Avengers Vol.3 #10

Black Bolt informs the Illuminati in "The Sphere" that Thanos is coming to Earth to kill his son, who is part Inhuman. He gives Reed Richards the Terrigen Codex to find the child, but keeps the true codex. Thanos gathers his Black Order, punishes Black Dwarf for failing in Wakanda, and dispatches armies there. The Illuminati split to search for Thanos' son, and Doctor Strange finds him in Greenland but, under Ebony Maw's control, reports to him instead. Maw erases Strange's memory of this as Thanos' forces attack Wakanda and Thanos arrives in Attilan to confront Black Bolt.
