Greetings to... THE PEOPLE! Mr. Hollywood is here for an exciting update beamed straight from my brain to yours.
After wandering the cosmos, signing million dollar deals, kissing babies, shaking hands with politicians... it's time for me to dip my toes into the comic market at a retail level.
That's right, Northern Comic Co. is coming to Thirsty's Flea Market (1111 Ellice Ave.) here in Winnipeg. I've got my own booth and everything! Currently it's in a bit of a state. Renovations are underway, but I am hoping to be up and running within a week or two. I still have to paint it and figure out how I'm going to get a boatload of comics in there, but THE PEOPLE demand it and so it shall be done. Special shoutout to my pal Pete over at Duly Records for helping coordinate this.
As we move through March, you may also find me at the Caboto Centre on March 23rd for the "Central Canada Comic Con" (C4) hosted by my pals over at Stringbean Comics. Did you know that I inadvertently gave Stringbean their name?! Ask Troy or Tyler about it sometime.
