The Charlton Bullseye was a showcase series published originally in the 1970s, and again in the 1980s just before DC had acquired the rights to the Charlton characters. Interestingly, there was a final attempt at reviving the series -- The Charlton Bullseye Special in 1985 which featured the early work of a well known up & comer, Amanda Conner.
