Marvel Team-Up Vol.3 #14

Spider-Man fights Doc Ock in an alley and points out a glowing portal behind Ock. A superhero flies out, crashes into Ock, and apologizes, explaining he's from another dimension. Ock recovers and attacks again, but the superhero knocks him out. The police arrive, and the superhero flies Spider-Man to a rooftop where they talk. The superhero, named Invincible, reveals his villain, Angstrom Levy, threw him into different dimensions. Spider-Man invites him to Avengers Tower. There, they meet the Avengers and learn Doc Ock is at the harbor. They confront Ock, and Invincible defeats him before returning to his dimension.
