New Avengers Vol.1 #64

Some time after Doctor Doom's assault on Avengers Tower, Osborn meets the Hood and asks to see the source of his powers, the Norn Stones. Osborn then requests the Hood's help in invading Asgard, and in return, offers him control of the Thunderbolts program. The Hood relays Osborn's offer to his gang, stripping Mandrill of his powers when he refuses. During the Siege of Asgard, the Hood’s gang fights the Avengers. When Loki reclaims the Norn Stones, the Hood and Madame Masque escape to Mexico, where they prepare for the Avengers’ inevitable pursuit.
