Dr. Myron Forest connects Buddy to the satellite Brother Eye, which can remotely transmit energy and data, transforming him into the powerful One-Man Army Corps, OMAC. Unaware of his role, Buddy continues his mundane life, facing mistreatment from coworkers. He befriends Lila, a seemingly kind colleague, but later learns she is a weaponized android used to assassinate targets. When he discovers the truth, the villains attempt to silence him. Brother Eye activates, turning him into OMAC. He destroys Section D and the artificial horrors within.
