During an antique car show where Captain America is expected to appear, the Human Torch encounters thieves stealing the box office receipts. He and Captain America intervene, but Cap tells Torch to leave, taking all the credit. Later, "Cap" releases the crooks from jail, prompting Torch to pursue them. He discovers that "Captain America" is actually his old enemy, the Acrobat. After apprehending him, the Torch wonders about the real Captain America's whereabouts.
